My approach to Maternity photography, is a collaboration between myself and your Family. I personalise your session so that your photos feel like you. I help you decide on a location that perfectly tells the story of your unique family and the things you want to remember about a particular season of your life.
This may be a traditional session at sunrise or sunset where you get to dress up, playing at home or somewhere fun like fishing off the jetty, the skate park or grabbing ice cream after a play on the beach.
Below you will find some examples of my Maternity work, but I encourage you to really think about what feels like you so we can tailor your session to who you are as a couple or Family.
My Maternity sessions start at $500 including 10 images. You can then upgrade to 20 for an additional $100 or the full gallery for an additional $250.
I know that my families are busy, so I offer a variety of heirloom printed products after your session so that you are not left with just photos on your phone because you didn’t have the time to print them.

Choose from one of my recommended beautiful Far North Queensland locations at sunrise or sunset. Playful and relaxed yet elegant Maternity portraits or pregnancy announcement.

step one

step two
You’re booked!
During the booking process you will receive a digital questionnaire. This covers things like; whether you’d like to use client wardrobe or have styling advice, any insecurities, how you plan to display your photos and more. You can also ask me anything to help you feel relaxed about our session together. You will receive my welcome magazine which covers everything from how to prepare, what to expect on the day, inspiration and more! A 20% deposit is required to secure your date.

It’s session day!
I will meet you at your home or chosen location and will gently guide you to make sure your photos feel like you. Your session will typically take 1-1.5 hours depending on your chosen activity and whether any siblings will be joining us. I will capture this special time for you in a flattering and fun way, ensuring your comfort is at the forefront.
If you are borrowing from my client wardrobe, we will meet slightly earlier so that you can change.

step four
You will receive a sneak peek from your session within 48 hours. From there, your gallery full of the special moments from our time together will be carefully curated, individually edited & uploaded to your online gallery.
If you have chosen a 20 image gallery, you will receive your preview gallery within two weeks to choose your favourites and if you have chosen the full gallery, you can expect to receive your photos within four weeks.
REPEAT CLIENTS
As a repeat client I would love to offer you $50 off a future session as a way of saying thank you for your continued support.

ALBUMS
One of the best ways to preserve your family photos is with an album. These high quality professionally designed albums come in a variety of linen & leather colours. Albums are modern, lay perfectly flat and look incredible on coffee tables.
All albums must be prepaid before design begins. Albums typically take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete and include two rounds of revision.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY MATERNITY PHOTOSHOOT?
I always tell people to wear something that feels like them and something they feel comfortable in. I do provide a client wardrobe if you would like to get dressed up, but if a dress doesn’t feel like you, I can recommend so many other beautiful options.
