You always know a session was a success when the Dad leaves saying “That was really fun!”
If you ask any of the families I work with, they would say I was a relaxed family photographer. I know how nervous everyone feels coming into a photography session and I work my tail off to combat that, because a nervous family will show in photos!
I have spent all of my adult life working with children. There isn’t much I haven’t seen where children are concerned! I also have my own 😉
With Jake’s response to his and Casey’s family session in Cairns this week, stating that he had fun, I’d like to think they would also describe me as a relaxed family photographer!
I had such a fun evening with the two of them, baby Evelyn, the most well behaved gorgeous dog Gypsy and Casey’s Mum Tina, who is currently visiting from Broome. Tina had come along to help with Gypsy and Evelyn, and I wasn’t letting her leave without her hopping in some photos too!
They chose the perfect location and Casey’s red flowy dress just looked so amazing against the landscape.
I always love seeing new parents with their baby, and Casey & Jake were no exception! Check out the super sweet photo of him below feeding baby Evelyn.
I had so much fun exploring with them this week and capturing such a special time for their little family. I hope you enjoy this selection of my favourites from our time together.
